Mahi Beach Ayurveda Resort is a sister resort of Gardenbeach Ayurveda Resort in Kosgoda, Sri Lanka, located directly on the beach in Maggona-Payagala. We are just one kilometer from the well-known Hiruvilla Ayurveda Resort and approximately 1.5 hours from Colombo Airport.

We follow the same proven Ayurveda concept as the Gardenbeach Resort, providing a holistic environment for your health and relaxation.

Our modern Ayurvedic kitchen is run by experienced chefs who prepare healthy, type-specific meals. A selection of herbal teas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) is always available at our restaurant counter.

Safe and Relaxing Ocean Swimming
The Indian Ocean extends right up to our resort. From October to April, the waters are usually calm and safe for swimming. However, during other months, strong waves and currents can make swimming more challenging.
